Christian Veilleux Announces His Top 4

Updated: May 27, 2020

And then there were four… those were the words of class of 2021 QB Christian Veilleux when he announced his Top 4 schools on Sunday via his instagram account. The four lucky schools in the running for the talented 6’4, Pro Style Quarterback include Clemson, Duke, Tennessee and Penn State. This announcement came after quite the week for Veilleux, receiving offers from past two national champions, the Clemson and LSU Tigers.

The Ottawa, Ontario native, Veilleux left home for the 2018 season where he shipped off to Buffalo, NY to play at Canisius. He later continued his journey down south and made way to Potomac, MD, playing at Bullis School.

According to 24/7 Sport, Veilleux is four-star prospect and the no. 15 pro-style QB in the talented class of 2021.

Veilleux is without a doubt the most highly touted Canadian quarterback in recent memory, since Michael O’Connor who coincidentally decided to continue his career for the Penn State Nittany Lions. The 2020 edition of the Nittany Lions will also include Canadians Theo Johnson (TE), Jesse Luke (LB), Malick Meiga (WR) and Jonathan Sutherland (S).

It is also important to note that Clemson had Canadian Receiver Ajou Ajou commit this year who could be in full swing in the Clemson offence if Christian were to commit to the Tigers for 2021.

No matter his decision it is safe to say Christian has an entire nation behind him anxiously awaiting his decision.
